    25 years in the marketing communications industry saw Peachy assume a multitude of roles, beginning her career as a copywriter to become a multi-disciplinary, multi-awarded local, regional and global creative director. Proving whole brain thinking exists, she assumed the role of an integrated cross-discipline strategist. She then acquired business management skills while leading the largest agency discipline as Managing Director for Advertising, eventually retiring as Ogilvy & Mather Philippines' Chief Executive Officer. She went on a sabbatical and decided to follow not her heart, but her heartbreak, and shifted her focus from increasing brands' market share and company margins to investing time and talent in the Philippines' human capital. Peachy stood as Executive Director of the twenty five year old Virlaine Foundation tasked to deliver on the transformation objectives that pave the way for the child care agency's sustainable next twenty five years. She also was a Senior Industry Fellow for the Multimedia Program of the School of Design and Arts at the De La Salle University College of St. Benilde. An artist’s wife and mother of three, Peachy obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of the Philippines. She is on her 7th year as Senior Lecturer teaching Visual-Verbal Communications at UPCFA. Peachy is currently writing her thesis to complete her a MA in Digital Management at Hyper Island Singapore.

With 17 years of experience in Consumer Insights and 10 years of experience in advanced analytics, she has created multiple innovations for P&G globally, from low-cost Marketing ROI analytics, to volume forecasting methods, to Big Data analytics. She co-founded Snapcart with the aim of revolutionizing shopper understanding through technology.   Holder of a degree in Engineering from University of Santo Tomas, (Cum Laude), she is passionate about building real world solutions and is continuously looking for innovative approaches to what she does.   If she is not crunching numbers or taking caring of her little boys, you can find her at the gym or meditating at her spare time.     Margot Torres is President of Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines or IMMAP. IMMAP's ambition is to be the authority on everything digital, beyond digital marketing, for its members, the local communications industry and businesses in the Phils and to regional and international bodies. She has been a thought leader in the Philippine Advertising industry including President of Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) in 2010 and 2012.

    Her marketing experience spans 30 years of sales and marketing across various industries from Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Beverage, Consumer Health, Telecommunications and Quick Service Restaurants. She is currently with McDonald’s Philippines and has been with the company for the past 14 years. A former Chief Marketing Officer and now the Executive Vice President and Deputy Managing Director handling the Customer Experience Group which includes Strategy & Insights, Marketing, IT and Operations. She also served as Professor in Worldwide Hamburger Marketing University since 2013. Awardee of the Agora Award for Excellence in Marketing Management by the Philippine Marketing Association last 2010. Recipient of the 1st Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of the Year Award by Tambuli from the University of Asia & the Pacific last 2011 and the 1st Market Masters award on mentorship last July 2015. Also recognized as one of Asia's Most Influential CMOs last August 2015.

    Margot was also part of the jury for Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards in 2013, Campaign Asia Agency of Year Awards in 2014, Creative Effectiveness jury for Spikes Creative Festival and Festival of Media Asia and Festival of Media Global in 2016. Mother of 2 digital natives: Diego recently joined the work force having graduated AB Management Economics from Ateneo School of Social Sciences and Isabel will be entering Ateneo next school year to take AB Communications. Married to Jet who is a biking enthusiast who is also an audiophile and fellow Maltese lover.
