Everything’s an experience now, whether it’s hailing a ride or leaking a Superbowl ad. Businesses no longer compete on the face of their products and services. Marketing guru and leading woman in tech, Bozoma St. John, has taken Silicon valley by storm. She is the newly-minted CMO of Endeavor, an entertainment conglomerate that includes highly-successful companies such as WME and IMG, UFC, the Miss Universe Organization, Droga5, and more. 

Prior to that, she was Uber’s Chief Brand Officer, where she headed several partnerships, such as with LeBron James and Kevin Durant. At the age of five, Boz moved from Ghana to the U.S. and later attended Wesleyan University. She quickly rose the ranks as a “badass” executive no matter which Fortune 500 company she held an executive position at - from PepsiCo where she was head of music and entertainment marketing to Beats

After Beats was acquired by Apple she became head of global and consumer marketing for iTunes and Apple Music. She stole the show at Apple’s keynote Worldwide Developers Conference when introducing the new Apple Music interface and the video went viral and Buzzfeed called her the “coolest person to ever go on stage at an Apple event.” Bozoma is making her mark with marketing. The recent launch of the NBA-themed national ad campaign “Rolling with the Champion” made a big splash as she tapped LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s digital agency Uninterrupted.

    Asher Rapkin is Facebook’s Head of Business Marketing, Messaging and Emerging Platforms.  Asher and his team look after global business to business marketing for Messenger, WhatsApp and Oculus.  Prior to taking on this role, Asher was the Product Marketing Communications Lead for Platforms and SMB on Facebook's Global Business Marketing team.  Before coming to Facebook, Asher was the Global Head of Channel Marketing for iAd, a division of Apple, where he oversaw the verbal and visual articulation of the brand and managed the platform's PR, events, and thought leadership work.  Before shifting into tech, Asher spent eight years in television, working in Integrated Marketing for Current TV, NBCUniversal and MTV.

    Hosi Simon is the CEO of VICE Asia Pacific. In his role, he oversees all growth, strategy, and operations across the existing and future territories for all parts of VICE Media’s quickly expanding business in APAC, including VIRTUE, VICE Studio, VICE Digital, VICELAND, and VICE News.

    Previously as Global General Manager, at VICE’s Brooklyn Global HQ, Simon oversaw the strategy, growth and operations of VICE Digital globally, which includes VICE Media’s suite of owned and operated channels, publishing partnerships, as well as mobile and OTT platforms.

    Under Simon's guidance, VICE has expanded and diversified to include a growing network of digital channels, a television and feature film production studio, a magazine, in-house creative services agencies, and an international television network, VICELAND.

    Simon joined VICE in 2007 after five years at Rockstar Games where he served as a Senior Executive and managed brand development globally. Prior to working at Rockstar, he was Publisher & Editor-in-Chief of Flyer, and oversaw the publishing company globally.

    With more than 16 years in advertising, Tuomas has been at the forefront of digital marketing since the late 1990s. Starting out as a developer, he quickly moved into management roles, and has a stellar understanding of digital technologies, digital marketing strategy, business development and management.

    As President, Asia, Tuomas oversees Digital Arts Network and drives innovation, technology, and digital capabilities for TBWA\ across Asia. He also manages social business for MasterCard across APAC.

    Previously, Tuomas was the Head of Digital Arts Network in Singapore. During his leadership, DAN Singapore has been consecutively recognized as one of the leading digital agencies in South East Asia.

    Tuomas was featured by Campaign Asia-Pacific as one of 40 under 40 to watch, and awarded Digital Specialist of the Year at the Hall of Fame Awards in 2015. He is also a regular speaker at various digital industry events such as ad:tech, Spikes, MMA, Mobile Interactive 2014, SES, Google Squared, and Google's Think Agency event.

     When Tuomas is not working in digital technologies, he spends time with his family. He is also a sports fanatic and enjoys golf and football.

    Prashant is the Founder of Entropia - a next-generation marketing services consultancy. Entropia has in mere 18 months, grown to 26 clients including KFC, Axiata and PepsiCo, handling campaigns across South-East Asia, and winning top accolades for their work. It has gone on to launch a big data offering – Sentient; and personalized marketing services – Roxy, both getting excellent reception from the clients.

    In his earlier role he was the President of IPG Mediabrands Asia (NYSE: IPG) for five years, turning the region into the fastest growing region in the network in his stint. He led the winning of Johnson & Johnson, Yum, Reckitt and Malaysia Airlines businesses across the region. He also served on the Global product council for the network.

    A one time dotcom entrepreneur, he has been a thought leader in the areas of Social marketing & agency of the future models. At IPG, he launched a range of new offerings – Rally for Social marketing (now Society), Ensemble for whole brain content, Ingenuity for eCommerce services (now Ansible), which all went on to become successful offerings winning Asia wide recognitions and exported widely in the network.

    He also served as CEO of IPG Mediabrands Malaysia for eight years growing the company from #9 in the market to #2 in the period. Under his watch UM Malaysia became Agency of the year six times in seven years at Malaysian Media Awards. It also became the #1 Media agency in the world out of 900 agency offices rated by RECMA Paris - the industry rating body.

    Earlier he headed Communication Planning for UM Asia-Pacific, leading clients such as Coca-Cola and Johnson & Johnson across the network.

    Prashant served on the prestigious Cannes Media Lions jury as one of the youngest. He has been a speaker at DMEXCO Germany and Festival of Media Global, Rome among leading global industry events. He has also been featured by Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg for his thought leadership. An alumnus of prestigious St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, he completed his Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. He is a budding aviator and a father of two little sons.
